Avant de commencer, assurez-vous d'avoir :
  • La borne installée et allumée par votre électricien
  • Votre cellulaire, avec le WiFi activé
  • Le nom de votre WiFi maison et son mot de passe
  • Être debout à côté de la borne (garage ou extérieur)

Les étapes

Téléchargez l'application « Charports »Sur l'App Store (iPhone) ou Google Play (Android). Ouvrez-la et créez votre compte avec votre adresse courriel.

Ajoutez votre borne dans l'applicationAppuyez sur l'option pour ajouter une borne et suivez les instructions à l'écran.

Connectez votre cellulaire au WiFi de la borneQuand l'application vous le demande, allez dans les réglages WiFi de votre cellulaire et choisissez le réseau de la borne. Mot de passe : 12345678

Une fenêtre apparaît? Fermez-la.
⚠️ Si une fenêtre s'ouvre et demande un nom d'utilisateur et un mot de passe, n'écrivez rien. Fermez-la en choisissant « Utiliser sans Internet » (ou « Use without Internet »). C'est normal.

Retournez dans l'application CharportsChoisissez le WiFi de votre maison, entrez son mot de passe (attention aux majuscules) et suivez les dernières instructions. Quand c'est terminé, votre borne apparaît dans l'application.

Choisissez comment démarrer la recharge

A. Avec l'application ou la carte

Vous démarrez chaque recharge dans l'application Charports ou en passant votre carte RFID devant la borne.

B. Brancher et charger LE PLUS SIMPLE

Vous branchez l'auto et la recharge part seule (attendre 5 à 10 secondes).
  1. Dans l'app, mettez la borne en mode « App Control + RFID Card ».
  2. Ajoutez une carte avec le numéro Online (le O en majuscule, le reste en minuscules).
  3. Terminez : la borne redémarre seule. La petite lumière carrée devient bleue fixe et une carte « Online » apparaît.
  4. Envoyez le numéro de série (SN) de la borne à Construction Axium pour finaliser l'activation.
🚫 À ne pas faire
  • Ne changez pas l'ampérage dans l'application : votre électricien l'a réglé selon votre panneau électrique.
  • N'ouvrez jamais la borne. Pour tout problème électrique, appelez-nous.
  • Ne déconnectez pas la borne du WiFi : elle doit rester connectée en tout temps.
🛠️ Ça ne marche pas?
  • Le WiFi de la borne n'apparaît pas : rapprochez-vous, fermez et rouvrez l'application.
  • Échec avec le WiFi maison : vérifiez le mot de passe. Si votre routeur a un réseau 2,4 GHz, essayez celui-là. Le signal doit se rendre jusqu'à la borne.
  • Mode « Brancher et charger » : attendez 5 à 10 secondes après avoir branché.

Connect your EV charger to the Internet

Before you start, make sure you have:
  • The charger installed and powered on by your electrician
  • Your cell phone, with WiFi turned on
  • Your home WiFi name and password
  • You are standing next to the charger (garage or outside)

The steps

Download the "Charports" appFrom the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Open it and create your account with your email address.

Add your charger in the appTap the option to add a charger and follow the instructions on the screen.

Connect your phone to the charger's WiFiWhen the app asks you to, go to your phone's WiFi settings and select the charger's network. Password: 12345678

A window pops up? Close it.
⚠️ If a window opens asking for a username and password, do not type anything. Close it by choosing "Use without Internet". This is normal.

Go back to the Charports appSelect your home WiFi, enter its password (watch the capital letters) and follow the last instructions. When it's done, your charger shows up in the app.

Choose how to start charging

A. With the app or the card

You start each charge in the Charports app or by tapping your RFID card on the charger.

B. Plug and charge EASIEST

Plug in the car and charging starts by itself (wait 5 to 10 seconds).
  1. In the app, set the charger to "App Control + RFID Card" mode.
  2. Add a card with the number Online (capital O, the rest lowercase).
  3. Finish: the charger restarts by itself. The small square light turns solid blue and an "Online" card appears.
  4. Send the charger's serial number (SN) to Construction Axium to complete the activation.
🚫 Do not
  • Do not change the amperage in the app: your electrician set it to match your electrical panel.
  • Never open the charger. For any electrical issue, call us.
  • Do not disconnect the charger from WiFi: it must stay connected at all times.
🛠️ Not working?
  • The charger's WiFi doesn't show up: move closer, close and reopen the app.
  • Home WiFi fails: check the password. If your router has a 2.4 GHz network, try that one. The signal must reach the charger.
  • Plug and charge mode: wait 5 to 10 seconds after plugging in.
